About the role

We're looking for a Product Designer who can make complex AI technology feel simple and delightful. You'll be designing the interfaces that allow anyone to create, customize, and deploy AI sales agents without needing to understand the underlying complexity. This is a unique opportunity to define the design language for a new category of software. You'll work on everything from our visual agent builder to real-time conversation monitoring dashboards, creating experiences that are both powerful and intuitive. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of B2B SaaS products, experience with complex workflows, and the ability to balance user needs with technical constraints.

What you'll do

Lead end-to-end design for new features from concept to launch
Create intuitive interfaces for complex AI agent configuration and training
Design real-time dashboards for monitoring conversations and performance metrics
Develop and maintain our design system and component library
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation
Create prototypes and animations to communicate design concepts
Design onboarding flows that help users understand AI capabilities
Work with marketing to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

What we're looking for

Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving through design
Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
Experience designing data-heavy applications and dashboards
Understanding of frontend development and technical constraints
Strong visual design skills with attention to detail
Experience with user research and data-driven design decisions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

4+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
Experience designing developer tools or technical products
Background in designing AI/ML products or conversational interfaces
Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
Experience with design systems at scale
Background in sales tools or CRM platforms
Coding skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)

Work Environment

As an early-stage company building at the frontier of AI, we work with high intensity and commitment. While schedules can vary by role and team, many weeks will demand extra focus, flexibility, and time—particularly during major launches and high-impact sprints. We're seeking those who are aligned to and able to commit to that expectation, which includes 5 days per week in our San Francisco office.
