Google Ads works because they know which searches have commercial intent and can price accordingly. We're building the same for voice outbound. We know which leads convert, for which products, at what times, with what messaging, by which AI agents.

At Takeoff, every engineer owns relationships directly with customers. You won't be hidden away coding in isolation. You'll join customer calls, understand their challenges firsthand, and see the immediate impact of your work. Each engineer is directly responsible for customers generating millions in revenue.
You'll own a meaningful piece of the company. With equity grants ranging from 0.10% to 2.00% per teammate, early employees will see the returns of their effort. We believe in the entire team having real ownership that matches real impact. If the founders get rich, you'll get rich with us.
We've raised an uncapped seed round from Matrix Partners (Oculus, Afterpay, Canva, Apple)—investors who understand the magnitude of what we're building.
We were accepted into YCombinator, Neo, and A16Z Speedrun but decided these programs weren't valuable to us at the moment. We have customers, we have distribution, and a clear path to 8 figures in revenue. We need to execute. That is our sole focus.
