We're looking for a Product Engineer to work at the cutting edge of multimodal AI in sales. You'll build state-of-the-art AI systems that handle millions of real customer calls per day, operating at the intersection of voice AI, LLMs, and real-time infrastructure. This is a high-ownership role where you'll develop multimodal AI systems with particular focus on voice interactions, implement robust safety and alignment frameworks for AI-customer conversations, and balance rapid feature deployment with architectural scalability. You'll work directly with customers worth millions in ARR, understand their challenges, and ship AI solutions that transform their sales operations. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in modern LLM techniques, experience with voice AI technologies, and a track record of building production AI systems at scale. You'll thrive in our high-intensity environment where we're pushing the boundaries of what's possible with conversational AI.
As an early-stage company building at the frontier of AI, we work with high intensity and commitment. While schedules can vary by role and team, many weeks will demand extra focus, flexibility, and time—particularly during major launches and high-impact sprints. We're seeking those who are aligned to and able to commit to that expectation, which includes 5 days per week in our San Francisco office.
