We're seeking a growth-focused Product Manager to accelerate adoption of our AI sales platform. You'll own the entire user journey from first touch to scaled deployment, optimizing every step to drive sustainable growth.
This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, customer empathy, and experimental mindset. You'll work at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales to build growth loops that compound over time.
The ideal candidate has experience scaling B2B SaaS products, a data-driven approach to decision making, and the ability to move fast while maintaining quality.
What you'll do
Own growth metrics including activation, retention, and expansion revenue
Design and run experiments to optimize the entire customer journey
Build self-serve onboarding flows that get users to value quickly
Develop pricing and packaging strategies that align with customer value
Create viral loops and referral programs to drive organic growth
Work with engineering to implement product analytics and tracking
Partner with sales to identify and remove friction in the enterprise sales process
Build features that drive account expansion and reduce churn
Analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities
Develop and maintain growth models and forecasts
What we're looking for
Proven track record of driving meaningful growth in B2B SaaS
Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools
Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing
Understanding of sales funnels, customer acquisition, and LTV/CAC metrics
Ability to write SQL and work directly with data
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
Customer-obsessed mindset with strong user empathy
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity
Nice to have
4+ years of product management experience with focus on growth
Experience with PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies
Background in AI/ML products or developer tools
Experience with usage-based pricing models
Understanding of sales processes and CRM systems
Marketing experience or growth marketing certification
Experience at a high-growth startup (Series A-C)
Technical background or CS degree
Work Environment
As an early-stage company building at the frontier of AI, we work with high intensity and commitment. While schedules can vary by role and team, many weeks will demand extra focus, flexibility, and time—particularly during major launches and high-impact sprints. We're seeking those who are aligned to and able to commit to that expectation, which includes 5 days per week in our San Francisco office.
